Refunds, Cancellations, and Billing Policy

All products, except Trials, are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee, as stated on the website from which you purchased. AskBanker.com reserves the right to change the refund policy at any time, but such changes will be reflected on future orders, not past orders.

The guarantee starts from the purchase date, which is determined based on Central Time in the USA at the time of your purchase and includes the purchase date. Refund requests or products returned after the refund policy has expired are not subject to a refund, and a refund will not be issued.

For multi-payment options, only the first payment is refundable and only within the first 30 days of the multiple payment term. Subsequent payments are non-refundable, but if you refund within the first 30 days, your card will no longer be billed for subsequent payments.

To receive a refund for any product, you must send a written refund request to our office. To cancel your Subscription or request a refund, you can take one of the following steps: log in to our site and submit your request on our Support page for Subscribers, email our Support Team at support@askbanker.com, or send a letter to our mailing address. When making a refund request, please include your full name, email associated with your Subscription, and the name of the product, Subscription, or course you wish to have refunded. This will allow us to identify you in our systems and prevent fraudulent orders.

If you are returning a physical product for a refund, you must send it to a U.S. address that we designate at your own expense, and it must be in 'like new' condition (suitable for resale) and postmarked by the expiration date of your 30-day guarantee period. You must also obtain prior authorization by contacting our Support team for a "Return Authorization" before shipping the product to us. While sales taxes collected will be refunded along with the purchase (if authorized), shipping paid at the time of purchase is not refundable.

Once we receive and acknowledge your refund request, please allow 5 to 15 business days for the refund transaction to post to your account. Transaction times will depend on the policies of your bank or credit card companies.

If you have purchased a monthly product (e.g. monthly newsletters), you have 30 days to cancel your subscription and receive a refund for your initial payment. You are under no obligation to continue the subscription and can cancel at any time by contacting our support team. Failure to cancel prior to the acceptance deadlines specified above will be considered approval and acceptance of the products, materials, and their content.

Restrictions on Use You are only allowed to use this site for the purposes that are expressly permitted by ASKBANKER.COM.
