11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator selected in accordance with those Rules. For administrative convenience only, the arbitration shall be administered through the AAA offices located in Charlotte, North Carolina; however, the governing law shall remain that of Wyoming.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

You acknowledge and agree that the choice of arbitration venue is for procedural purposes only and does not establish a physical presence or business nexus in the State of North Carolina.

You further understand that by agreeing to arbitration, you are waiving your right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
